Tony Paetznick has three decades of local law enforcement experience, including his current role as a Police Chief and Public Safety Director since 2016, in addition to over 20 years of service as a volunteer firefighter. Married to his college sweetheart Stacie, together they’re busy navigating the waters of adolescence as they raise two teenage sons and a preteen daughter. Active in a variety of church ministries, Tony also serves as the Chaplain on the Board of Directors for the Minnesota Chiefs of Police Association where he advocates for the spiritual health, wellness, & fitness of first responders and promotes police-faith community engagement to build policing trust & legitimacy . An avid runner and reader, Tony has run 21 marathons and annually reads over 50 books.
